Northsight Opticians keeps the details you give us only to answer your enquiry and provide your eye care. That means your name, contact details and the clinical records we are required to keep.

What we collect

When you send the form on this site, or email or ring us, we hold what you tell us: your name, email, phone number and your message. If you become a patient we keep the clinical records the law requires us to keep.

How we use it

We use your details to reply, to book and carry out your eye tests, and to look after your eye care. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages while we are in touch and for a short time after. Patient clinical records are kept for the period set out in NHS and professional guidance.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are able. Email appointments@northsightopticians.co.uk and we will help.
